We’re almost finished with this patio extension & couldn’t wait to share how well the porcelain tile has brightened the outdoor living space 🌞

Replacing the french doors with a wider bifold has made sure that the brightness can make its way inside too 💡

We removed one tree due to its root system but 4 more were planted in its place to continue to offer some privacy 🌳
